HOW TO USE THE
WILFA PERFORMANCE COFFEEMAKER
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

STEP 1
Weigh coffee beans using a scale and grind to Pour Over size. To make two cups, we recommend 30 grams of coffee.
STEP 2
Remove filter holder and place #4 paper filter inside.
STEP 3
Place grinds inside the filter and spread evenly. Return filter holder to the unit.
STEP 4
Set flow control to match the amount of coffee that you're brewing.
STEP 5
Fill the removable water tank with water in the amount that matches your coffee.
STEP 6
Press "start" button to begin brewing coffee. Once complete, close flow control to prevent dripping.
STEP 7
Serve and enjoy! The warming plate will keep coffee warm for 30 minutes.
