Instructions
Turn scale on, add brewing equipment, and tare weight (set to zero). Add ground coffee until desired weight is reached. Tare weight once more and touch the timer to time the pour-over. When done, touch the timer button once more to register the end of the pour-over. Auto-Timer Mode: To enable auto-timer mode, press the time button multiple times until you hear a beep. Place brewing equipment on scale and touch the timer button. Display will count down "3, 2, 1". The weight will go to zero. As you add water, the scale will register weight and start the timer. Touch the timer button to stop the counter. If you remove the brew equipment mid-brew, press the timer button to restart.
