brew with fresh water each time. Volume marks on the side of the tank help guide you to an optimal water to coffee ratio. An adjustable flow meter lets you control the flow of water through the coffee bed. The temperature of the water is kept constant throughout the process, ensuring a complete extraction from the first drop to the very last. This machine is also fast, completing a full 42oz pot of coffee in about five minutes, letting you get on with your day, with a delicious cup of coffee in hand. For optimal performance, please use spring water and descale regularly (monthly recommended, tablets sold separately below).
To turn on, there are two steps. First, flip the power switch to the on position (found on the base on the side of the unit), and then press the circular on button (found on the top side of the base).
