Generally speaking, to make one cup we recommend 250 grams of water, or approximately 9oz, to 15 grams of coffee.

Our coffee is roasted in Brooklyn, NY in small batches to ensure freshness.
Storage
Coffee is best stored at room temperature in a dry, dark place in an airtight container. Our Lardera packaging is the perfect way to store your coffee beans!
Shelf Life
Coffee is best consumed as close to its roast date as possible (found on our packaging), and will hold optimal flavor within six months of the roast date. This is why we always small-batch roast our coffee to ensure your order is sent at the peak of freshness.
